The project includes a complete refurbishment of the property including multiple-level extensions (Loft, First & Ground Floor), this includes the technical design and implementation of sustainable technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps and Photovoltaics. The main extension benefits from a Green Sedum Roof and Zinc Cladding.

The design includes large glazed apertures to the spacious garden to the rear with large-fold-aside doors providing access. The rooflights have been strategically placed over multiple floors of the extension to ensure copious natural light reaches the core living spaces internally.

The brief on the project was to sensitively modernise this Victorian Property to the 21st Century whilst respecting the local vernacular and history of the property.
